Brent Rohlik has extensive training and widespread knowledge in insurance and investment products. He has over 20 years of experience working with corporations, non-profit organizations, and individual investors.
Brent graduated in December 2003 from the University of Northwestern in Roseville, MN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. During his time at Northwestern, Brent learned about the value of teamwork and communication through playing varsity baseball and football. Because of this passion, he first began his educational career pursuing Physical Education. But soon after, he realized his interest in business and then changed his educational career track. Brent started to work part-time in the insurance industry and then began full-time employment at an insurance and wealth management firm in St. Paul, MN. In 2009, Brent’s entrepreneurial vision took heed when he started Rohlik Financial Group, LLC. Rohlik Financial Group specializes in wealth management and family retirement planning as well as corporate plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 529 plans. Brent enjoys building lifelong relationships with his clients, getting to know their individual needs and retirement objectives as they change throughout the years. The most satisfying aspect of his role is witnessing their success in meeting personal, financial and retirement goals.
Brent is a Registered Representative with Regulus Financial Group. He holds an Individual Life Insurance Producer License in his home state of Minnesota, as well as non-resident licenses in other states. Brent holds series 6 and 63 licenses and has been in the financial industry since 2000 focusing on sales and management.
Brent and his wife, Abby, reside in Excelsior, MN with their daughter, Cooper and son, Asher. In his free time, Brent enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, attending concerts, and charity events. Brent and his family are proud Christians who strive to serve God in all they do. Brent has a passion for faith-based charities and patriotic foundations. Brent is the co-founder and serves on the Board of Directors for the Front Line Foundation, a MN nonprofit organization that supports law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders. He also is a proud sponsor and team member of the Minnesota State Champion RFG fast-pitch softball team.
Annie Furst has been with Rohlik Financial Group since the beginning in 2009. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial and retirement industry. Annie serves as a main contact for high profile individual clients and assists in the day-to-day maintenance of their accounts. She values the relational aspect of helping clients and strives to provide exceptional service. Annie also handles the corporate accounting and completes the duties of Office Manager at Rohlik Financial Group. Annie implemented vital organizational resources such as a VoIP Phone System and Customer Relationship Management System helping to streamline our service capabilities. Annie enjoys this degree of variety in her position as it allows her to contribute on many levels to the overall success of Rohlik Financial Group.
Annie graduated with honors from North Central University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After several years in the field, she decided to further her education and leadership skills by obtaining a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. Annie’s educational pursuits have equipped her to succeed in her leadership role and creates a competitive advantage for Rohlik Financial Group. Annie has earned series 6 and 63 licenses, as well as obtaining her Life, Health and Accident Insurance license in Minnesota.
Annie currently resides in Ramsey, MN with her husband, Christopher, and enjoys living outside of the city. She adores her two Boston Terriers, Blu and Bean. Annie loves spending time with her family especially her nieces and nephews. She also serves on a committee with The Front Line Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders.
Rachel Stoneberg has over 15 years of experience in the retirement planning field. Her current role includes serving as point person for all Group Retirement and Benefit Plans. Rachel enjoys interacting with clients and takes a special interest in educating them on their retirement plans. She also acts as the Plan Sponsor’s primary point of contact for all things related to their Group Retirement Plans and other benefits. Rachel takes an active approach in expanding her knowledge by attending various educational conferences and seminars. This allows her to stay up to date on new legislation and regulations, as well as the ever-changing retirement planning landscape. Rachel holds series 7 and 63 registrations and is licensed in Minnesota for Life, Accident & Health Insurance.
Rachel attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN from 2001 – 2005. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. She was also a 4-year member of the St. Thomas Women’s Varsity Hockey team and was honored to serve as Team Captain during her senior season. Rachel remains active in the UST alumni community.
Rachel resides in Woodbury, MN with her husband Eric and daughters Lucy and Olivia. In her free time, she participates as a player/manager in the Women’s Hockey Association of Minnesota. She also stays active playing softball and golf and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Rachel serves as the Vice President of Administration and as a board member for The Front Line Foundation, a MN nonprofit organization. The organization supports First Responders and their families - including law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs & members of the MN National Guard.
Suzanne Holt, CFP®, APMA®, BFA®, CLTC® has twenty-five years of experience in financial services. Her specialty is comprehensive financial planning for families and individuals who want to actively establish and work toward achieving their future financial goals.
Suzanne graduated with honors from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul in 1996. She started her career at Merrill Lynch shortly after graduation. She's worked with a variety of individuals, families, and corporations in her 25 years in the industry.
Suzanne is an Individual Life Insurance Producer in her home state of Minnesota. Her passion is comprehensive financial planning, so after obtaining her series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, Suzanne obtained a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2001. She then passed the exam to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner. In 2016, Suzanne undertook advanced education in the area of values-based planning and completed the coursework to become a Behavioral Financial Advisor. Suzanne considers protection planning an important part of comprehensive financial planning, so in 2018 she completed the coursework to become Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC®). In 2020, Suzanne decided to further her investment knowledge by becoming an Accredited Portfolio Management AdvisorSM.
Suzanne and her husband Curt reside in Lino Lakes, Minnesota with their two teenage sons. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys planning travel adventures for her family, attending concerts, and spending time in northern Minnesota with her family.
A.J. Natter, originally from southern Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December of 2017. He received a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing. While at Nebraska, A.J. was a member of the University of Nebraska football team and was an Academic All-Big Ten selection.
A.J. has obtained his Individual Producer License for Life, Accident & Health Insurance as well as his licenses for the series 6, 63, and 65. A.J. is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner. A.J. has been with Rohlik Financial Group since 2018 and assists clients directly in-person and remotely. He specializes in account information/education, data integration and analysis, and routine servicing of client accounts. Having a sensible, down-to-earth approach when working through different matters has allowed A.J. to build strong, effective relationships with those he assists.
In his free time, A.J. enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors, trying new restaurants, and following the University of Nebraska Huskers.
Palmer has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for over 40 years. Palmer has earned series 7, 24, and 63 and obtained his Individual Producer License for Life, Accident, & Health Insurance in Illinois and Wisconsin. Palmer is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner. As a seasoned veteran, he sold his investment securities business to Rohlik Financial Group in early 2019 and now enjoys a retirement education role within our team working out of our Rockford, IL office. Palmer receives great satisfaction building relationships and equipping clients with the necessary tools for success.
Palmer resides in Rockford, IL with his wife of over 42 years, Jan. They have two daughters and enjoy traveling to visit their family and 5 grandchildren in Florida and Texas. Palmer enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and reading. He serves on the Board of Directors for a local retirement home and volunteers with Fellowship Christian Athletes mentoring wrestling coaches.
Andy Irlbeck graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. After several years in the logistics and information technology fields, Andy joined Rohlik Financial Group to pursue his desire to work in the financial industry and help clients plan for their financial future. He enjoys the analytical nature of the business which allows him to research financial data and develop solutions to benefit our clients. Building strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner, and providing solutions to meet the long-term retirement goals of our clients has always been the most rewarding aspect of his work.
Andy obtained his Individual Producer License for Life, Accident & Health Insurance in 2006 and holds FINRA licenses 6, 63, and 65.
Andy currently resides in Eagan, MN and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Outside of the office, he enjoys being outdoors, golfing, hiking, traveling, and attending concerts and sporting events.
Heather graduated with honors from Bethel University in 1998. She began her career in the non-profit sector, followed by 17 years of employment with the State of Minnesota. Heather transitioned to the Rohlik Financial Group team in 2019, where she provides support and assistance to both clients and team members. Heather’s core value of service is reflected in both her professional and personal life. She is currently pursuing a master's degree, with the primary goal of increasing and maximizing the skills needed to maintain the highest possible level of service to clients.
Heather provides a variety of services at Rohlik Financial Group. Among the most important is her role in supporting clients by assessing their specific needs and connecting them with the proper individual to best meet those needs. This allows for efficient and specialized attention to the unique situation of each client. Heather also provides administrative support by ensuring that client information is updated and accurate, and that records are maintained in an organized and efficient manner. With her service-oriented personality, Heather is always available and eager to help with any task that comes her way.
Heather’s greatest joys come from faith and family. She and her husband have two daughters, one of whom is attending Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine while the other attends Baylor University. This provides great travel opportunities for Heather and her husband. Heather also enjoys taking walks and relaxing with her husband and their dog, spending time with family and friends, and volunteer commitments.
